AVA Site
AVA stands for Actief voor Amstelveen (Active for Amstelveen) and is a local political party with progressive ideas. Amstelveen has traditionally been a town with many elderly people and this is reflected both in house prices and in the kind of activities the municipality undertakes.
AVA wants to make a difference there, but they lacked a clear and convincing political party programme.
AVA’S POLITICAL PARTY PROGRAMME AND MANIFESTO
Under guidance, the group members arrived at the core of their party programme. Namely; housing, diversity, rejuvenation and vitality. From these key points, a manifesto (NL) was written and, based on the manifesto, the political party programme for 2022-2026 was created.
AVA SITE AND PUBLICATIONS
AVA focuses particularly on young people within the municipality and this called for a new house style and site. A site young people can identify with and where they can find information that appeals to them. So not a boring site with all kinds of political statements and amendments, but a site with information for them.
The other section deals with more political issues such as who the party members are, the party programme and what activities the party undertakes.
CAMPAIGN FOR AVA
The news section is meant to generate organic traffic, but in the run-up to the elections, there is also a need to campaign. Therefore, a social media campaign was developed with images and texts that capture young people’s imagination.
